Welcome! By trading on this website, you automatically accept the terms below. We therefore recommend that you read the terms carefully before shopping in our webshop.
Purchase of goods
When purchasing goods in the webshop, you must fill in your personal information. When this is done, you will receive a confirmation of your order per mail. Please note that this is not the final order confirmation. You will receive a final order confirmation once the payment is approved and the item is registered.

The webshop provides 14 days full return policy from the day you receive your goods.
The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as upon receipt. Packaging, stickers and so on must not be damaged, broken or removed from the item. In that case, the item is not returned. We do not receive parcels with collect on delivery (COD) charges.
Once we receive the item and approve the return, we transfer the purchase amount to the creditcard with which the item was paid. This is to avoid the illegal use of stolen credit cards. Remember to save your receipt as proof of shipment. Costs for returning goods must be paid by buyer.
Selected items on the webshop are not covered by full return policy. This applies to knives with yellow, red, pink, orange, purple, green, chocolate, burgundy, blue and beige shaft – both when buying as a gift box and when buying as individual goods, as they are specially made by order in more atypical colors. Thus, this is not a stock item, but a product that is specially produced for the individual customer.
Trading on the webshop is subject to the applicable purchasing law and under the guidelines given by the Competition and Consumer Agency in Denmark. Any errors or defects in delivery from the webshop must be claimed within 8 days of receipt. Complaints are made in accordance with the rules of the Purchasing Act in Denmark. It is your duty to state and clearly document how the error or defect manifests.
When you shop at the webshop you have 24 months warranty. This means that you can either get the item repaired, replaced, refunded or discounted. Of course, it depends on the specific situation.
Obviously, the claim is justified. Errors and deficiencies must not have arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other injurious behavior.

Mistakes in webshop and sold out items
We make reservations about errors and sold out items. We have the right at any time to cancel an order due to the above.
Customs and VAT
If you order from an EU-country, Danish VAT is paid. However, no duty under the rules on the free movement of goods. If, however, you order from a country outside the EU, local taxes and duties may be imposed for which we cannot be held liable, but in return Danish VAT will be deducted.
If this is the case, you will be contacted by the shipping company. Please note that this may delay shipping as the goods are being held back in customs. It is your responsibility to contact the shipping company and pay the additional costs incurred.
Delivery and transport
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE.
Delivery in Denmark, Sweden and Norway typically takes place with GLS (or PostNord). Free shipping on delivery in zip code 0900-2200 in Denmark.
We will ship the item as soon as possible. However, see the delivery guidelines:
Denmark: Approx. 1-3 business days.
Scandinavia: Approx. 1-6 business days.
Europe: Approx. 2-6 business days.
United States and Canada: Approx. 5-8 business days.
Rest of the world: Approx. 5-11 business days.
Should delays occur at the freight company, we cannot be held responsible.
If the package and/or the content are damaged when you receive it, you must immediately report it to the selected shipping company and return the item to us.
We are not responsible for goods damaged during transportation.

In the webshop you can pay with the payment cards Dankort, eDankort, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, American Express, Maestro and JCB. All prices in the webshop are stated in EURO and are inclusive of 25% VAT (unless the item is for a non EU-country). See the section on customs and VAT.
All prices on the website are Euro.
When placing an order, you will need to provide the following information: Name, surname, address, phone number, mail, credit card information. This information is for internal use only, it will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared with third party members.
